Reduce anti-social behaviour in flats on Oxhey Drive, specifically involving young people.

Residents will see their dedicated team of PCs and PCSOs working in partnership with the housing manager and talking to residents to gather more information on the key days and times so reassurance patrols can be carried out. They are also in the process of using CCTV to identify perpetrators.

Tackle drug crime in the area, in particular the use of Sur-Ron bikes to deliver drugs, and the related anti-social behaviour.

Residents will see their dedicated team of PCs and PCSOs working alongside partners to address the issue through an increased police presence, engagement events and targeted enforcement.

Continue to reduce retail crime in hotspots identified using data and feedback from the community.

Following on from previous work, the team will continue with target-hardening high risk stores in collaboration with shop management teams. They will also continue with engagement activity at hotspot times, and the identification of offenders.

Residents previously asked us to focus on the following issues:

Continue to reduce retail crime in hotspots identified using data and feedback from the community.
Following on from previous work, the team will continue with target-hardening high risk stores in collaboration with shop management teams. They will also continue with engagement activity at hotspot times, and the identification of offenders.

• Patrols are continuing.
• High-visibility reassurance patrols have been conducted in areas affected by retail crime.
• Crime prevention advice has been given to retail staff.
• Intelligence has been gathered around offenders.
• Work is being done to better understand the contributing factors behind repeat offending. This includes exploring opportunities for support and diversionary projects, aimed at reducing reoffending and addressing underlying causes.
• Police are working alongside Youth Offending Team managers in locations experiencing higher levels of ASB. This partnership approach seeks to address problematic behaviour, engage with young people, and reduce the number of complaints received from members of the community.

Anti-social use of off-road vehicles and e-scooters.

• Scooters and vehicles are being seized across the district.
