It is my privilege and pleasure to hold the role of Chief Inspector in the Three Rivers CSP. Three Rivers has police stations at Rickmansworth, South Oxhey and Abbots Langley and works closely across a diverse and vibrant community. Our geography consists of a mix of rural and urban areas, and we work closely with Three Rivers District Council.
We enjoy policing a generally supportive community here in Three Rivers and maintaining public trust and confidence is very important to me. To do this we promote high standards to deliver our policing response and work collaboratively with partners to help keep people safe.
My team works hard to reduce crime and ASB and we have a range of resources and tactics at our disposal with a problem solving and prevention first ethos at the heart of everything we do.

Priorities
9 Oct 2022 | As a result of feedback from the public, officers in Oxhey will be organising monthly engagement events across all wards in the Oxhey area to enable residents to meet local officers and discuss issues of concern. Response (13 Mar 2024)Officers continue to engage with young people in the community. They regularly organise public engagements that are advertised on social media and through partners. |
28 Jan 2023 | Through public feedback and crime statistic analysis local offices will be concentrating on vehicle crime over the next period of review. The months from February to April traditionally see an increase in vehicle crime, mainly around catalytic converter thefts and keyless thefts of motor vehicles. Using hotspot analysis officers will target areas of vulnerability through safer street events and Op Insecure initiatives. oxhey Response (16 Mar 2024)Vehicle crime remains a priority locally with a slight increase since the priority was set. The metrics are in line with previous years with an overall downward trend. Officers are actively reviewing hotspots through policing analyst software and encouraging local residents to join them in being proactive in preventing theft from motor vehicle. |
