leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the new Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) which ensures accurate payments for farmers, while providing important new safeguards against fraud in the EU; and opposes any plans to increase the bureaucracy imposed on farmers such as those which the Liberal Democrats propose.'.
