ADDITION OF SIGNATURES TO PETITIONS TO THE HOUSE OF COMMONS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS (14 February 2006)

Motion Details

That this House believes that signatures to petitions to the House should be collectable in electronic format when both a full postal address and an internet protocol address are collected and stored with the petitions record; and further believes electronically collected data and written signatures are equally valid means of adding signatures to petitions to the House.
