That this House warmly congratulates the Right honourable Baroness Thatcher, LG, OM, FRS on the occasion of her 80th birthday; and acknowledges the enormous debt of gratitude owed to the noble lady by the people of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for her magnificent leadership of the nation between 1979 and 1990.
