AUSTRALIAN RUGBY LEAGUE TOUR (No. 2) (15 October 2001)

Motion Details

That this House congratulates the Australian Rugby League for reversing its decision to cancel the 2001 tour to Great Britain; notes that the Australian Rugby League has listened to the views of Rugby League fans across the world and realised the benefits that the tour will bring to Great Britain; looks forward to three entertaining and high profile test matches between Great Britain and Australia; and encourages everyone to take the opportunity to watch the games and ensure that the Australian tour is a success with three high quality sporting occasions.
