Hoswick Visitor Centre and village
The Visitor Centre has displays of early machines from the weaving industry, together with a large collection of vintage radios (domestic and 2nd World War military radio sets much beloved of radio amateurs in the 1950s and 1960s, including HRO, AR88D, 19 Set). It also has a cafe. Good for rainy days such as illustrated here!
