Paved causeway, Raw
This byway from Raw to Fylingthorpe is flanked by a paved causeway a feature known as a trod locally. It is designed to provide a dry surface alongside the track for pedestrians and packhorses and may also contain a drain. This one is not very worn on the surface and the slabs may have be turned over.
