Anyone seen Luke Skywalker?
This Storm Trooper outside The Spurriergate Centre at St Michael's Church was on a hiding to nothing if he thought he could invade York on a busy saturday afternoon and win single-handedly against all the tourists. Posing for pictures was a much better option.

York: former church of St. Michael, Spurriergate
This medieval church, on the corner of Spurriergate and Low Ousegate, is now redundant and since 1989 has been home to the Spurriergate Centre, a café and centre for residents and visitors to the city alike. Its website is here: http://www.thespurriergatecentre.com/index.html
