Golf course above Rosedale Abbey
A surprising feature on the west side of Rosedale - a nine hole golf course! The slope may not be as great as in other upland areas but surely, on this part of the course, all of the balls roll downhill! The village, Rosedale Abbey, can be seen below.

Avenue of trees, Rosedale Abbey
South of the village, large shady trees line both sides of the road for some distance.
They are mainly Horse Chestnut and Sycamore.
