Spotted Cow - with deck chair
Grade II listed. Dates from C18th, or possibly earlier, with C19th alteration
and extension. It was a beerhouse in 1807, and was licensed around 1860.

Inside the Cattle selling shed
The auction ring (just to the right of frame) is in full swing and market users are socialising in an area where they can see the cattle leaving the ring and hear how much they have been sold for.
