A mix of local stone and brick seen on the two properties here. The brick built house is 'Dale House', described as early 19thC of red brick in Flemish bond. Grade 2 listed.

Buildings of interest in Sawdon
Nearest the camera is the former Wesleyan chapel dated 1823 and now converted into a private residence. Beyond is Grove Farmhouse which is grade 2 listed and is described as early to mid 19thC with red and cream brick in Flemish bond.
