War Memorial Hall, Seamer
On Main Street.
The hall was built by public subscription after the First World War to commemorate those from Seamer and Irton who had died, and is for the use of all those who now live in Seamer, Irton and Crossgates.

Seamer Memorial Hall and former village lock up
The small stone building is the former village lock up now used as a barber's shop. Beyond this is the memorial hall which is the village memorial for WWI. the photograph was taken on Seamer History Day part of Heritage Open Days. There is an extensive display inside the Memorial Hall and a stall with 'mini digs' outside.
