St-Martin-on-the-Hill
Taken from outside St Andrew’s United Reformed Church opposite. A poster outside advertises a monthly service of Choral Evensong. St Martin's https://www.stmartinsscarborough.co.uk/ contains notable Pre-Raphaelite art. The structure in the foreground is a Victorian drinking fountain, now disused.

St Martins Square and Easby Hall
St Martin's Square is one of Scarborough's urban squares. This view across it takes in the end of Easby Hall (formerly Dulverton Hall) a stuccoed terrace fronting Montpelier Terrace. The red brick building is St Martin's Vicarage fronting Craven Street, as does the end of Easby Hall. Behind is the church of St Martin-On-The-Hill.

St Martin's Church
St Martins Church from the junction between Craven Street and St Martins Road. The church dominates the scene with terrace housing on Albion Road behind. The church which is known as St Martins-On-The-Hill was designed by the London Architect George Fredeick Bodley. It is known as a pre-Raphaelite gem.
