Footpath and grass fields south of Codsall Wood, Staffordshire
The footpath (and Monarch's Way) which has crossed fields from Kingswood is approaching Husphins Lane, with the renovated Husphins Farm on the right. I'm not quite sure of the primary purpose for these two fields; pasture or sport or both. Off to the right the field is set up as a football pitch, with considerable gradient.

Looking north-east from the Monarch's Way footpath, this is a very sloping football field, though not marked out currently. I don't know whether it is grazed on. There are horse stables nearby.

The footpath (and Monarch's Way) which has crossed fields from Kingswood is approaching Husphins Lane, near the renovated Husphins Farm.
The field on the right is a football pitch, though not marked out currently. I'm not sure whether it is also used for grazing or which teams play there. It has a substantial gradiedt towards the camera.

Looking north-east, the footpath (and Monarch's Way) which has crossed fields from Kingswood is approaching Husphins Lane, with the renovated Husphins Farm on the right. The football pitch has a considerable slope towards the camera. I'm not quite sure why it is here. Current aerial images show no signs of wear around the goal areas.
