The Crown, Codsall
This pub - the oldest in Codsall - was acquired by Joule's Brewery in 2015 and thoroughly refurbished. Joules is a reincarnation of an old Staffordshire brewing firm, now based in Market Drayton, Shropshire. The name gives rise to the appalling 'Crown Joules' pun, but the pub is well recommended. In the foreground is a sign advertising a local butcher.
