High Street Bank
To satisfy EU competition rules around 650 branches of Lloyds TSB bank have recently been hived off into a new TSB bank with remaining branches re-branded as Lloyds. This former Lloyds bank Image has had the TSB makeover.

This is a TSB branch in 2015. It was a Lloyds TSB branch in 2009. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1408798
The faded depiction of a black horse in the roundel suggests this was originally a Lloyds Bank,
so I wonder why the decision was made to make this a TSB branch,
rather than a Lloyds branch, when Lloyds TSB was split up in 2013.
