Field near Six Ashes
This is on slightly higher ground so that you can look over the Stour valley to the higher ground of Dudley.

Track to Six Ashes
A direct route to the A458, but the barrier is discouragement from using it. You can follow the road round to the right.

Lane to Hay Farm, near Four Ashes, Staffordshire
The surfaced road, just over a kilometre long, leads only to Hay Farm, and is a cul-de-sac. The route then continues as a kind of "Green Lane", which is a public footpath. Like many Staffordshire country lanes, daffodils abound in early spring.
