15 Park Avenue
Such extensive use of terracotta as can be seen on this house is rare for domestic premises. Also of interest is the virtually original state of the exterior, with all the window glazing bars extant. Unlike many large houses of the period, this one does not appear to have been altered inside to create multiple residencies. Not visible here is a fine terracotta panel in the far side wall showing the date 1897.
