The Dog and Partridge Inn
Not that you'd really know it from the outside, but this is a rather remarkable survivor in the middle of Wednesfield. It dates from the late 16th century, and comprises a timber-framed core, with later 19th & 20th century modifications, and a number of preserved historic internal features. The whole was Grade II listed https://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101206226-dog-and-partridge-inn-public-house-wednesfield-south-ward#.W1l8yNQrLGg in 1977.
