Western slopes of Bushbury Hill
The western suburbs are home to the i54 development with Jaguar's engine plant and Aerospace firms, the Pendeford Business Park and post-war housing developments. The horizon is marked by the snow topped Wrekin nearly 17 miles away.

Former animal pound, Bushbury
Preserved by the hedge line, this is believed to be the site of a sheep pound near to Bushbury church.

Western slopes of Bushbury Hill
The view is now dominated by the privately operated HMP Oakwood, or Jokewood Prison to its occupants. Beyond this is the chimney of the controversial waste incinerator.
