The Bell Inn, Whittington
It is known that there has been a pub on this site since at least 1834 when trade directories recorded a John Pass as a 'Shopkeeper and Beer-house keeper'. Today it is an attractive and atmospheric village pub.

Postal cart at Whittington
The cart is marked 'GPO 1910' and the small plaque states simply 'Whittington Post Office Postal Delivery Cart c1910'. It stands at the junction of Main Street and Langton Crescent.

The Bell Inn, Whittington
The Bell Inn dates from 1834 and is one of two pubs in the village. Note the badge of Whittington United Football Club on the wall. The table umbrellas advertise Sharp's Brewery Rock Cornwall (but don't mention that it is owned by brewing giant Molson Coors).
