Unused fountain
This fountain is now unused as people put soap into water causing it to froth everywhere - it also splashed all over the place when in use too. Another bright idea no longer in use.

Statue of Sister Dora
Statue of Dorothy Pattison (1832–1878) better known as 'Sister Dora'. She was an Anglican nun and a nurse. As a nurse she dedicated herself to the people of Walsall. She died from breast cancer aged 46. In October 1886, this statue by Francis John Williamson was unveiled by a Mr. B Beebee. The statue is believed to be the first public statue in Britain of a woman who is not of royal blood.

The Face of Ingenuity
This bronze sculpture by Tom Lomax, unveiled in 2001, depicts the Roman God Janus and there is another face looking in the opposite direction. It was originally a fountain but this has been permanently turned off.

Statue of Sister Dora
This statue of Sister Dora, a famous nineteenth century nurse who did much good work in Walsall, stand on the Bridge in the town centre. The statue was moved from its original location about 20 yards away several years ago when the area was revamped.
