Norton Canes services overflow car park with snow
A light sprinkling of snow on a bright morning. The services were busy with families returning home after a Christmas break - the main area of the car park was crowded. This motorway service area is on the M6 Toll - the Midland Expressway.

Overflow car park at M6 Toll Services
The car park nearer the restaurant area was not full, but we found a grass bank here which made a pleasant picnic area.

Foundry chimneys at Norton Aluminium, Norton Canes
The company is the UK's leading manufacturer of high grade aluminium foundry alloys.
