Metal plate attached to concrete post by the B4204, in parish of Broadheath (Malvern Hills District), Paynes Heath, on the verge, on South side of road. Bradley post, erected by the County Council in the 20th century. Broken and main plate lost. Inscription reads:- B4204 (2 WORCESTER) (TENBURY 18½) C.C.W. Milestone Society National ID: WO_TBWO18
