Highrise Flats, St. John's Worcester
The area of the city of Worcester immediately over the river from the city centre is referred to as St. John's (Parish of St. John's Church). Taken from the top of a double decker bus approaching the roundabout at the start of the gyratory.

4-8 Bull Ring, Worcester
The corner building on the left is by A.H. Parker, 1902. The more interesting neighbour is the Bush Inn, by Owen & Ward, 1898.
The former was occupied by two takeaways - Papa John (pizza) and Wokstar (Oriental).
Looming behind is one of Worcester's three tower blocks, 1960s efforts but reclad fairly recently.
