ARCOS is an acronym for Association for the Rehabilitation of Communication and Oral Skills,

The Council House The Priory was built in 1874-1880 for Alfred Miles Speer, an Irish merchant who traded with South American. Today the building is the offices of Malvern Hills Council.

Gargoyle, The Council House, Malvern
