Building with coats of arms
This building on Foregate Street in Worcester is adorned with various coats of arms. Today the building is occupied by Red Leaf, in the 1970s and early 1980s this was the premises of WH Smith.

Berkeley's Hospital
Berkeley's Hospital was founded by Robert Berkeley and inspired by a visit to the Low Countries which has influenced the buildings. The lodges either side of the entrance were occupied by the Warden and Chaplain. The hospital stands near the site of Worcester's northern entrance, Fore Gate, and on the infilled ditch and demolished medieval city wall, which has resulted in the building on the right listing. Norwich Union fire insurance plaque
Fire insurance plaques used to be issued by insurance companies for the house owner to display to show they were insured by a particular company. The insurance companies had their own fire brigades. This fire plaque is on Berkeley's Hospital on Foregate Street.
