Wellingtonia on right bank of River Avon, Evesham
This is one of a pair of Wellingtonia, aka giant sequoia, at the west end of Workman Bridge. The other is on the right. These were probably planted in the Victorian era. Wellingtonia are native to the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountain range of California.
