The Old Cottage, Jarvis Street, Eckington
The plaque on the wall is 'The Old Cottage' but the British Listed Buildings website records this as Cottage occupied by Brown, Eckington. It is late 17th century with a large stone stack (as seen here with a brick top). This restricted view is the best that can be managed from a public place.

Betty Panter's Cottage, Eckington
The British Listed Building website has a Grade II Listed Betty Panter's Cottage matching this description but at a different grid reference with a building nothing like this. I think it must be an error. This is a 17th century timber framed thatched cottage with whitened brick nogging and eyebrow dormers. The appearance ticks those boxes. The plaque also states Betty Panter's Cottage.
