The old A road through Wyre Piddle
I remember before the early 1990s with this was the main A road passing through the village of Wyre Piddle. In the 1990s the village was bypassed by what has been re-designated as the A44. This is now only a through road to restricted vehicles such as buses. Currently some roadworks are taking place hence the road sign.

The Chapel, Wyre Piddle
Now a private house, this appears to be a former Wesleyan Chapel situated on Chapel Lane and adjacent to Wesley Villa. A plaque on the front wall states that it was built in 1840 and enlarged in 1890.

Wyre Halt railway station (site), Worcestershire
This line was opened in 1853, and a halt was opened here in 1934 by the Great Western Railway. It closed in 1966 and was subsequently demolished.
View south east towards Fladbury and Oxford. No trace remains.
