Norchard Cottage, Peopleton
This is a Grade II Listed building that matches the grid reference given and has its name by the gate. However, it does not fully match the description of being a 17th century timber framed cottage with limewashed brick nogging and a thatched roof with eaves rising over the upper windows. The roof is clearly tiled.
