Restoring the image-07
The scaffolding from the front of the pub has been dismantled, and the final work on the side is being carried out in readiness for the pub's re-opening on the evening of October 31st.

The crew to dismantle the scaffolding have arrived with their lorry. This view of the Black Diamond also shows that the "restoration" of the building is partial - nothing has been done to preserve the rear of the pub.
