After falling into severe disrepair, the warehouse was rebuilt, brick by brick, in 1984.

By the Wigan Pier complex. A former warehouse with two boat-holes (there's a boat in one. A horribly flat morning and trying to get the balance between warehouse and reflection was a pain (this has had no post-exposure manipulation).
