Fitzwilliam railway station, Yorkshire
Opened in 1937 as 'Fitzwilliam Halt' by the London & North Eastern Railway on the line from Doncaster to Wakefield, this station closed in 1967. It was reopened slightly further south west than the original halt in 1982. View south east towards Hemsworth and Doncaster. The original Halt was an island platform in the foreground, hence the gap between the tracks.
