Walkway
This section of the walkway runs from near Tarn Hows walk to Hardaker's Lane, and from there, all the way up to the Angel pub on Wakefield Road.

Collared Dove, Streptopelia decaocto
Collared doves are now so common, imagining that this bird did not live in Britain before the early 1950s is difficult. One reason for this is their long breeding season: March to October, and so can produce several broods each year.
Looks like this pair are starting on schedule!

Brackenhill Light Railway
The line of the dismantled Brackenhill Light Railway from the bridge on Hardaker Lane looking towards Mount Pleasant.
This section was filled in and the land on the left used for housing.
