Image of the Queen on a ticket machine
Two days after the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, her image was appearing in many situations, including here as the 'welcome screen' of a railway ticket machine. I wonder if she ever actually purchased a railway ticket herself?

Sandal & Agbrigg railway station, Yorkshire
Opened in 1866 as 'Sandal' jointly by the Great Northern Railway and the Manchester, Sheffield & Lincolnshire Railway on the line from Doncaster to Wakefield, this station closed in 1957. It was rebuilt and reopened in 1987 on the same site. View north west towards Wakefield.
