The Hop, Bank Street
Mike Heaton, the famous rock drummer with chart-topping indie band Embrace, has teamed up with Ossett Brewery to open The Hop, off Westgate, as a live music and comedy venue. The converted 19th century Vanguard House, on Bank Street, houses a real ale pub, restaurant and live stages for local talent and big name bands.

Following an arson attack on the Lindley printers premises on George Street in 2004, Lindley Print and Design Ltd was formed and began trading under the name Lindley Print, Design and Web, offering its traditional print services coupled with enhanced design services, including website design.

Tiki Jhoes Bar
Tagged on the end of the Cuba Room is a new bar, Tiki Jhoes, fashioned in the Polynesian style. What is strange is that the bar is in the middle of the Latino quarter in Albion Court.
