Grand Union Canal and River Gade
Another part of the River Gade used by the Grand Union Canal. The original contour of the river (and original canal) can be seen on the far bank, with the improved canal route coming straight through this area (as seen along the near side). The result is a very wide area of navigable canal.

Busy towpath
Cruising along in the early evening and suddenly it all gets busy. There were various fishermen along this stretch and a family on bicycles. Behind is Leewood Lake, I should imagine a former gravel extraction pit that has been flooded and also used for fishing.
