Built c1905 for the Mercers' Company as artisan housing. Chunky Baroque details and a nice variety of materials. Grade II listed.

The building in the middle, with the angular gable, is Stanford's - THE map shop !
Taken on Christmas Eve, 2010. No trace of snow here in Central London, though many square miles of the Home Counties were under several inches of snow.
