61-62 Long Acre
A "wonderfully pretentious stuccoed pub of 1836 by James Collis, with a frieze of ox masks". Grade II listed.
The pub's name, Kembles Head, survives but it closed in the late 2000s and this is now a Greek restaurant, the Real Greek.

Slender nos. 55-56 on the corner looks Georgian but is not listed. Next door, nos. 57-59, is stripy commercial Victorian.

90 Long Acre
Not attractive - the colour of the stone cladding doesn't help - but not without interest ("a jumpily modelled mass sunk in its own well"). It is the result of a compromise after a larger scheme was proposed for the site of Odham's print works. By Seifert & Partners, c1979-81.
