Vintage bridge, Lea Green railway station
The sandstone footbridge is one of the older railway artifacts at the station. The bridge is of a similar style and sandstone design to the one which George Stephenson built at Rainhill and, from what I can guess, may be of similar origin?

This is lea Green Station near St.Helens. Excellent Park and Ride facilities are to be found here allowing the locals to ditch their cars and make their way to Liverpool city centre or if they are feeling brave then Manchester instead...
