Glazebrook Methodist Church

Glazebrook Methodist Church gable detail
The date of 1908 suggests that this would have been a very late building within the Primitive branch of Methodism. Primitive Methodism is considered to date from 1807, which is presumably the centenary being celebrated.

Glazebrook Methodist Church
Built in 1908 in the then fashionable red brick with buff terracotta dressings.
This seems to be a relatively late date for a Primitive Methodist chapel, although in this case it replaced a much smaller building on a different site.
