A new use.
One of the building of an old orphanage at Culcheth. Marked as "Cottage Homes" on the 1940's OS map the site became a Mental Hospital then, in the 1990's, it was converted into private dwelling

Twiss Green Chapel
I think that this building, which now appears to be being used as a private house, used to be the chapel. Image], a stone on the side wall indicates that it was restored in 1884, so it must date from earlier than that.
