Croft Interchange - northbound slip roads to the M6
The M62 east to M6 north slip road joins that for traffic off the westbound M62 from the left. The design of these slip roads' entry to the M6 appears to be a neglected part of Croft's design. The twin lanes seen are constrained to a single lane rather suddenly as the slip road joins the M6 causing traffic bunching. A considerable contrast to the extended slip roads and lane gain strategies employed on the other angles of the interchange.
