Fairywell Brook
Looking downstream from a point on the northern edge of Beechfields Recreation Ground, Timperley. Hereabouts this brook was the old boundary between the City of Manchester and County of Cheshire. The modern boundary between Trafford Metropolitan Borough and the City of Manchester now runs along the adjacent Brooklands Road (Image) out of frame to the right.
