View of the Grade 2 listed public house from beside George Richards Way. It really does say 'Railway'. I didn't notice I'd obscured the 'Y' until later.

The Railway, Manchester Road, Broadheath
A Grade 2 listed building on the corner of Manchester Road and George Richards Way. The buildings beside it were demolished many years ago to make room for the Altrincham Retail Park, but its listed status meant that it survived.

198 & 196 Manchester Road, Altrincham
The two doorways in the centre of this shot are the entrances to house number 198 and 196 Manchester Road, in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, England. These red-brick terraced properties are atypical of much of salubrious and suburban Altrincham - which contains some of the more desirable properties in Greater Manchester - but nevertheless are a common sight along the major arterial roads in the town, and are typical of much of Trafford and Greater Manchester as a whole.
