Springfield House, Stamford Street
A Georgian house established as a boarding school for young ladies. It was later used for commercial purposes, including Cartrights the Furnishers. Despite being a listed building it was demolished in about 1978.

Altrincham Entertainment Centre
Originally opened in 1912 as Altrincham Hippodrome - a live variety theatre, which closed in 1963. It re-opened as Studio One (a cinema) and a bingo hall combined. It was demolished in 1987.
