The Blue Bell pub
The Blue Bell pub, halfway down Horsemarket Street in Warrington town centre was starting to look a bit run down on the outside but perhaps new tenants (or owners) have taken it over and have brightened it up - it certainly looks much better now and worthy of a picture.
