Horse field of Sunbury looking east
Whatever rests of suburbia before complete urbanised status. Ex-landfill status alone would not halt a change of use here, which is the case as to its status; the current local plan or a challenge to it might, but as at 2020 targets suggest it cannot be guaranteed protected status regardless of the multiple problems with any building here.
