An early Victorian mansion on the west side of the town. Originally built for the owner of a local printing firm, it has been a nursing home in recent years. Currently undergoing major renovations and possibly a change of use.

This is a mid-19C terrace of four houses with round-headed doorways, with plaster fan decoration, and large rectangular windows. The listing includes the house to the left, and the description mentions a "curious first floor 'plasterers' gothic' window".
